Game re-scheduled with Walsh Jesuit

Today's Varsity game has been re-scheduled for Wednesday.  The Bengals will travel to Walsh Jesuit. 1st pitch scheduled for 5pm.  The Bengals are currently 7-6.  The team played 9 games in 7 days over Easter Break ( 6-3 in those games ).

Baseball Schedule Update: April 29

All games canceled due to wet field conditions.  We are attempting to re-schedule w/Walsh for Wednesday and Thursday this week.

Friday April 25 Update: All Games Canceled

All games have been canceled today vs Garfield Hts.  Games for Saturday are still on as scheduled.

Saturday Schedule vs Cleveland Hts. (DH)

As of Thursday afternoon all games are on as scheduled.  Players will meet at the field.

Update: 4/16/14

The Freshman game today has been canceled.  The fields are really wet from all the rain/snow we've had this past week.

No Games  No Practice on Holy Thursday & Good Friday

Saturday:  all games are on as scheduled vs Cleveland Hts (DH).  The Varsity will be at Nobby's Ballpark, JV at Cleveland Hts. HS and Freshman at Forrest Hills Pk. All game times are 11am.

Friday Baseball Update:

JV & V games canceled today.  The FR team will travel to Lake Catholic for a 4:30 game.

The Varsity improved their record to (1-2) with a 6-3 victory over Padua Franciscan yesterday afternoon. Robbie Cramer (1-0) pitched 6 solid innings for the win and Mark Flachbart finished the game recording his first career save.

Austin Gordon had 2 hits and 2 RBI.  Ben Keiper had a bases loaded double ( 2 RBI ).

Next Up:  @ Twinsburg Saturday at 2pm.

Schedule Update: Wednesday & Thursday

The Varsity team will host Padua Franciscan on Wednesday at 4:30pm.  The JV team will travel to play the Bruins.  Thursday, the Varsity team will travel to play the Bruins at 4:30.  Freshman games have been re-scheduled  and the JV game on Thursday has been postponed.

All baseball games have been canceled due to wet field conditions.

Baseball Update:

The Varsity team will play Padua Franciscan today in their home opener at Nobby's Ballpark. Game time is scheduled for 4:30pm.  The JV team is scheduled to play at Padua Franciscan.

Schedule changes for Wednesday April 9.  The freshman game as been moved to April 22 at Padua Franciscan.  The Varsity team will travel on the 9th to Padua Franciscan.

All Games have been canceled: April 4th & 5th

Due to rain and poor field conditions all baseball games ( all levels ) have been canceled for Friday April 4th and Saturday April 5th.

Freshman baseball will practice on Friday after school and will be off on Saturday.  The V/JV will be off on Friday and will practice on Saturday.  The Varsity will be in at 9am-11am & JV 11am-1pm.

Tuesday April 2 vs Brooklyn Canceled

Both the JV & Varsity games today vs Brooklyn have been canceled due to poor field conditions.

Bengals fall to Rockets 4-1 in season opener, JV team wins 13-0

The Varsity baseball team lost 4-1 to Bay in the 2014 season opener Tuesday afternoon. Senior Tom Hongosh had 2 doubles and drove in the teams only run.  Ben Zimmerman pitched 4 innings for the win as the JV team rolled to a 13-0 victory.  Anthony Piazza led the way at the plate with 3 hits.

The JV & Varsity baseball teams will open the season on the road this afternoon at Bay.  1st pitch 4:30pm. Both fields are located behind their high school.
